Short-Term Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Short-Term Accommodation Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Property Management and Operations teams, working from home and visiting properties to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Key responsibilities include:

Visiting properties to inspect their cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that each property meets our high standards. This includes conducting regular checks to identify any areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address these issues.

  • Inspecting properties on an ongoing basis to ensure they are clean and presented to a high standard.
  • Working with the Property Management team to resolve any maintenance or operational issues that arise.
  • Assisting the Operations team with tasks such as home operations checks and guest meet and greets.
  • Coordinating maintenance requirements with tradespeople.

The ideal candidate will have real estate experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and good communication skills. They will also need a driver's license and reliable transportation.
