**The Organisation**

As an Employer of Choice and a registered NDIS provider, they offer accommodation, community support, employment and programs in Greater Sydney the NSW Northern Rivers regions.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Executive (COO), the General Manager Accommodation will lead on the operational management of Achieve's accommodation services and community living. Pairing effective leadership with commercial strategic thinking to achieve positive results.

Leading a direct team of four senior managers, you will be an operational leader with in-depth knowledge of the disability sector and a people-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advising the COO on the development of various business unit strategies
- Ensuring the ongoing compliance of Achieve Australia through the management of quality and risk reporting requirements and the maintenance of business unit policies and procedures
- Managing the accommodation services budget across multiple locations to ensure participant funding
- Contributing to ongoing NDIA accreditation compliance requirements

This is a permanent, full time position working from the North Ryde head office. Achieve Australia offers a flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive industry experience.
- Solid understanding of legislation and regulations governing the Disability sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading and growing an operational portfolio.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
- A natural influencer and negotiator with strong problem-solving ability.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
