We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our overnight operations team as a Hotel Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of service aligned to industry standards.
- Manage nightly operations, collaborating with departments to deliver excellence in service
- Lead guest relations, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs
- Conduct night audits, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reports
- Ensure safety and security by conducting regular property checks
- Spearhead front office teams for exceptional service and efficiency
About the Position
- Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems
- High attention to detail and operational oversight
- A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance
