Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires immediately.
  • Clean and maintain allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allotted time.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance and hygiene standards.
  • Inform the housekeeping office of any unusual or abnormal situations.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures outlined in the team handbook.
  • Participate in monthly departmental communication, training, and information meetings.
  • Assist other departments or outlets when required.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the executive housekeeper or supervisors.
