Key Compliance Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical individual to join our team as a Central Compliance Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the organization meets its breach reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the breach notification process to ensure timely submission of accurate reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide awareness and understanding of incidents and breaches.
  • Design, implement, and embed processes to assess incidents accurately and meet breach reporting obligations.
  • Lodge regulatory submissions on time.
  • Review compliance training to align with breach reporting obligations and ensure effective implementation.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving our compliance function's purpose and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial services laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of risk management disciplines, including obligation, risk, and control linkages.
  • Ability to co-design, implement, and embed new compliance requirements.
  • Experience in performing risk-based Line 2 assurance.
  • Project management skills.
