The Central Donor Services Team Leader plays a strategic and operational leadership role in delivering exceptional donor and surrogacy services across City Fertility's national brands. With responsibility for team performance, compliance, stakeholder engagement and service innovation, this role ensures the integrity and quality of donor programs in alignment with Australian legislation and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Central Donor Team to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints and urgent operational needs.
  • Oversee donor workflow, database management and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Deliver training programs and support capability development across clinics and donor teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation and strategic project delivery.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers and executive leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics, support accreditation processes and contribute to digital platform rollouts.
