Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to ensure seamless execution.

  • Key responsibilities include guiding our team in educating parents on products, demonstrating features and benefits, and fostering genuine relationships with customers.
  • You will also oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels, and store standards.
  • Additionally, you will train and onboard new team members and ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.

About You

We are seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter. The ideal candidate should have previous retail management experience (2-3 years) preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people with ease.
  • They will also be able to guide customers through our range of products and brands.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs is essential.
