Job Overview

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Lead by example and model exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
  • Coach your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a 'service over task' environment.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge for your department and ensure the team is well-informed.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve financial performance within your department.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering sales growth and improving store performance.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
