We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and providing administrative support to our clinicians.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has great communication skills, and is passionate about delivering results-oriented service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and deliver tailored experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring seamless clinic operations
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including opening and closing procedures
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy to drive results
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for both the clinic and clients
