About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Adgce in Darwin, Australia. As a key member of our Structures Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake varied engineering tasks as part of a project team to successfully deliver to client requirements.
  • Achieve technical and project management outcomes under the mentorship of senior staff.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop innovative and high-standard designs that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Eligible for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent.
  • Desire to attain CPEng status.
  • 3-5+ years of Structural engineering design experience.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.
  • Ability to prepare designs that are innovative and to a high standard.
  • Experience in liaising with project managers and architects effectively.
  • Ability to think and solve problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at different levels within client organisations.
