We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our team at Adgce in Darwin. As a key member of our Civil Team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering engineering projects of a complex nature.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed designs for various projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Conceptualize designs that align with ADG's value proposition around innovation and value engineering.
- Lead project resources, including Engineers, Technicians, and Admin Support, to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project budgets, tracking hours, costs, work-in-progress, and debtor collection.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia or ability and desire to obtain.
- 10+ years of demonstrated design experience.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Experience in producing detailed engineering drawings and knowledge of construction methods.
- Understanding of design and commercial risk.
- Demonstrable contract management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
