About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Sales Strategist to join our team at Miller Leith Melbourne. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading key retailer relationships with Woolworths and Aldi accounts.

In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing short, medium, and long-term strategies to drive profitable growth and category diversification.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high levels of service and maintaining strong relationships across buying, supply, and product development teams.
  • Developing, communicating, and executing sales plans in line with business strategies to deliver profitable growth and diversification.
  • Managing key categories and day-to-day activities within Woolworths and Aldi, across spreads, nutritional snacks, pet, and health food categories.
  • Managing promotional mechanics and P&Ls to ensure positive commercial outcomes.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and developing innovative solutions for profitable growth.
  • Working alongside National Account Executives to manage retailer product data, NPD management, and promotional programs.
  • Conducting daily and weekly analysis of scan performance (IRI/Quantium) and broader market performance.
  • Managing accurate sales forecasts, supply planning, and DIFOT to ensure resource allocation and production planning.
  • Developing and leading monthly retailer performance reviews and category range review presentations.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
