Office Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Portfolio Manager to join our team. As an Office Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of two premier office towers in Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading proactive tenant communication across multiple channels
  • Partnering with the Customer Relationship Manager and Concierge team to deliver exceptional service to all building occupants and visitors
  • Oversseeing day-to-day operations including leasing, reporting, capital expenditure, rent roll management, and debt collection
  • Supporting budget preparation, outgoings estimates, asset planning, and quarterly reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market
  • Experience with building operations, service contracts, and procurement
  • Proven people management capabilities
  • The Victorian Agents Representative Licence (essential)
