**Your opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our Melbourne team. You will provide leadership and direction to the portfolio management teams in order to ensure the business is aligned to the Group Vision and Strategy.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
To drive, lead and deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the asset(s) within your portfolio.
Accept accountability for and ensure achievement of the Strategic Asset Plan including financial performance
Optimise the profitability of your asset portfolio through identification of business initiatives and efficiencies and assist the national team with implementation
Manage lease negotiations and lead in evaluating potential development, acquisition and disposal opportunities within the portfolio
Obtaining and reviewing market information and relevant research, including identifying and responding to trends in the markets - updating forecasts and strategy accordingly
Manage the internal and external valuation process in consultation with the funds team
Lead a high performing portfolio team ensuring a strong level of engagement, retention and cross business collaboration
Provide leadership to the portfolio management team and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge
Drive strong engagement with key stakeholders (internal and external) and cultivate a customer centric culture
To support the development and delivery of projects in a way that creates a safe, sustainable and innovative culture that drives a competitive advantage for Mirvac

**Your point of difference**:
Experience in the Property Industry across the Office and Retail sectors, with preference for Asset Management and Development specific experience
Relevant tertiary level qualifications in property related field
Business Management qualifications preferable but not essential
Ability to lead and manage high performance and outcome orientated team
Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional and mature attitude
A proactive and self-motivated individual, with the ability to solve issues as they arise and to improve system and process efficiencies and effectiveness
Working collaboratively with the Integrated Investment Portfolio division sharing learnings with employees and leveraging experience
