Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on quality improvement practices and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., social work, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
