Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing case management practice, ensuring alignment with contracts and accreditation, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and contribute to the improvement of interventions in response to young people's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close liaison with stakeholders to ensure effective and collaborative working relationships.
  • Work with staff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of young people's needs based on trauma, grief, loss, attachment, and child development.
  • Contribute to the improvement of interventions in response to young people's needs, ensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework.
  • Assist with developing a strong and positive team environment to ensure excellent communication between team members.
  • Advise and guide program staff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of service agreements and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualifications in Social Services or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems, including Human Service Quality Framework.
  • Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues.
