Ensuring Quality and Risk Management Excellence

The role involves supporting the implementation of quality and risk management systems to improve quality and safety outcomes. This includes providing education and training on quality and safety, as well as incident investigation and management.
The ideal candidate will have advanced skills using Microsoft Office and demonstrated knowledge of health service delivery with appropriate clinical knowledge, experience, and skills.
- Servicing Quality and Safety Systems;
- Implementing Innovation and System Improvement Strategies;
- Facilitating Process Improvement Initiatives;
- Evaluating Patient Safety and Clinical Outcome Data.
This position requires a collaborative approach to work with other clinicians to facilitate process improvement strategies that support patient safety and quality goals. The successful applicant will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to evidence the effectiveness of the quality and safety system.
