  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide strategic direction for service delivery, enhancing program development, case management practice, and ensuring compliance with contracts and accreditation.

  2. Lead the development of high-quality programs, services, and interventions that address the needs of our clients.">
  3. Collaborate with staff to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, service providers, and community members.">
  4. Develop and maintain a sound understanding of client needs based on trauma, grief, and loss, attachment, and child development principles.">
  5. Contribute to the improvement of interventions in response to client needs, ensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework.">
  6. Guide program staff in gaining and maintaining a sound understanding of service agreements, outcomes, and scope.">

  • Diploma qualifications in Social Services or Child Protection, or equivalent.">
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality assurance systems, including Human Service Quality Framework.">
  • Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues.">
