About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to lead our team in St Marys SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to create daily plans and organize activities for our service.
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options, promoting a positive eating culture.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play, aligning with our values of courage, gratitude, respect, joy, and belonging.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You should have a valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates. Availability from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, is essential.
