Employee Services Coordinator

About the Role

Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Employee Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Employee Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workforce experience across our sites, including The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and Repat Building 12 for Spinal & Brain Injury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily management of employee services, ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Food Service workforce, including recruitment, interviews, panel reports, onboarding, and rostering.
  • Ensure correct and timely Payroll procedures.
  • Maintain employee databases and apply employment policies to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.
  • Champion workplace health and safety (WHS) and uphold food safety standards, conducting training, investigations, and induction programs to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Minimum two years' experience in managing large-scale food service operations with knowledge of recruitment and payroll procedures.
