About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our WHS team on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the resolution and completion of hard service maintenance works. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing the maintenance schedule calendar to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Ensuring all works meet relevant industry codes and standards.
  • Managing contractors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing advice and guidance to internal groups, including leadership.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant qualification, such as Building Automation Systems or Controls, and have demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity. You will have a solid understanding of WHS regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and experience with Microsoft Office will be essential in driving outcomes and delivering results.
