Building Maintenance Coordinator

About the RoleAs a Building Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the WHS team on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the maintenance schedule calendar to ensure timely completion of hard service maintenance works.
- Ensuring all works are completed to required standards, meeting relevant industry codes and regulations.
- Managing contractors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing advice and guidance to internal groups, including leadership, on maintenance-related matters.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant qualification, such as Building Automation Systems or Controls, and have demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity. You will also have a solid understanding of WHS regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and user groups.
