Job Title: Building Maintenance Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing maintenance and support for our facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an annual maintenance schedule
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team to address risks
- Lead testing and tagging for electrical equipment
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
About You:
- Previous experience working within a building maintenance or facilities position
- End to end experience managing maintenance issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police check
