Job Title: Building Maintenance Coordinator

People2People is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join a State Government Department in Dandenong. This is an initial 3-month assignment with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage an annual maintenance schedule to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead testing and tagging for electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective maintenance services.
About You:
  • Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
  • End-to-end experience managing maintenance issues, from identification to resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police check.
