Building Maintenance Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our WHS team on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the resolution and completion of hard service maintenance works. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, overseeing, and managing the maintenance schedule calendar to ensure timely completion of works.
- Ensuring all works meet relevant industry codes and standards.
- Effective contractor and stakeholder management.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our maintenance processes.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to internal groups, including leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a relevant qualification, such as Building Automation Systems or Controls, and have demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity. You will have a solid understanding of WHS regulations, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and experience using Microsoft Office. As a customer-centric and outcome-driven individual, you will thrive in a busy and complex working environment.
