Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an annual maintenance schedule to ensure optimal facility operations.
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead testing and tagging for electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective maintenance services.
About You
  • Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
  • End-to-end experience managing maintenance issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police check.
