About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned freight forwarding expert to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us develop industry-leading software that empowers the world's supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to freight forwarding and logistics
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through 2nd line support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and document requirements for new features and functionality
  • Analyze and document processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize business practices
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in international logistics, with a strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in using our flagship product, CargoWise, and ability to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
