About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Expert to join our team at Wise Tech Global Limited. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and provide solutions to complex issues related to freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through 2nd line support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Write up requirements for new features and functionality, working closely with our development team to bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Analyze and document processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimal business practices and system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner, working collaboratively with customers and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features, ensuring high-quality delivery.
About You

We are looking for a clear communicator and attentive listener with a knack for finding the root cause behind every problem. You should thrive in challenging situations and appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment.

You will possess the ability to look beyond the surface of an issue, with extensive experience in international logistics and a strong understanding of our flagship product, Cargo Wise.

We value self-driven learning and self-development, critical thinking, and the ability to give constructive feedback on ideas. You should also demonstrate good customer service manner when providing support to our clients via incidents.
