About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused professional to oversee production operations and logistics across our events spaces. This role ensures all activities meet compliance standards, including rigging assessments, contractor coordination, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support safe, seamless event delivery while protecting our brand and infrastructure.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance across all event spaces, including rigging and structural assessments
  • Coordinate event bump-in and bump-out logistics
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure adherence to permits, health & safety standards, and legislative requirements
  • Review and assess Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk documentation for multiple events and large-scale productions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and brand protection
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and reporting
About You
  • Proven experience in event production or compliance within the entertainment or corporate events industry
  • Strong working knowledge of lighting, audio, and vision systems
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement SWMS, risk assessments, and Australian standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence
  • Relevant qualifications in Production Management, Health & Safety, or Rigging (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
