Compliance Event Manager

Crown Melbourne seeks a detail-oriented and safety-focused Compliance Manager to support safe event delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee compliance across all event spaces, including rigging and structural assessments.
- Coordinate logistics for event set-up and teardown.
- Manage relationships with contractors to ensure adherence to health & safety standards and legislative requirements.
- Review risk documentation for multiple events and productions.
- Proven experience in event production or compliance within the entertainment or corporate events industry.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, audio, and vision systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement risk assessments and Australian standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to operational excellence and safety.
