About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Experience Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Customer Marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale events, including customer events, high-end incentive experiences, and internal celebrations
  • Develop strategic plans for event programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and approvals, ensuring timely payments and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform event strategy
  • Analyze event ROI and provide recommendations for future improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in event management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events in fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience leveraging event technology platforms, such as EventsAir
