This role ensures all activities meet compliance standards, including rigging assessments, contractor coordination, and adherence to health and safety regulations.Reporting to the Production Operations & Services Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support safe, seamless event delivery while protecting Crown's brand and infrastructure.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Oversee compliance across all event spaces, including rigging and structural assessmentsCoordinate event bump-in and bump-out logisticsManage contractor relationships and ensure adherence to Crown's permits, health & safety standards, and legislative requirementsReview and assess Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk documentation for multiple events and large-scale productionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and brand protectionDrive continuous improvement in compliance processes and reportingAbout YouProven experience in event production or compliance within the entertainment or corporate events industryStrong working knowledge of lighting, audio, and vision systemsDemonstrated ability to interpret and implement SWMS, risk assessments, and Australian standardsExcellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCommitment to safety and operational excellenceRelevant qualifications in Production Management, Health & Safety, or Rigging (preferred)Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesWhat we offer youA collaborative, inclusive and supportive team cultureFree staff meals and discounts across Crown restaurants & hotelsAdditional InformationApplications Close: Tuesday 16th September 2025What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
