About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Communications Manager to lead our team in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing. You will also oversee the social strategy for the USA/Northern market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of digital marketing campaigns to drive business results
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
  • Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing and social team

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or social media marketing
  • Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
  • Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage efficiently
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
