About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Communications Manager for the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive high impact. In addition to this, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, while leading your digital marketing team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve campaign goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or marketing communications
- Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
