About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Made Great. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our business objectives and goals.
  • Manage Paid Media Activity: Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across social channels, including Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Manage and moderate online communities on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop captivating content for digital marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, and video editing.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide business insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Business Suite Management: Manage and optimize Business Suite accounts across platforms, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our marketing processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Social Media Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our overall content strategy and brand messaging.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our account management team to deliver high-quality projects and ensure seamless communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven digital marketing experience, especially in social, community, and paid media management, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional eye for design, killer copywriting skills, proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience generating creative content for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in navigating the backend of WordPress and possessing technical marketing skills to match.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creative mindset, and ability to think strategically and innovate.
