Job Title: Performance Manager

This is a mid-senior level role where you will be responsible for managing digital search campaigns across various paid media marketing tactics. You will be working closely with the performance director to contribute to industry-wide thought leadership and identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in search/SEM, team management skills, time management, attention to detail, and commercial/business acumen. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Suite and data visualization tools.

You will be responsible for seeing campaigns through from start to finish, including placement, testing, tracking, working through specifications, reporting, and pacing towards budget. You will also be responsible for monitoring and enabling high performance by applying best practices, product adoption, and innovative solutions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role will involve leading and managing a team of performance executives and coordinators, as well as contributing to the development of the team's careers through coaching and feedback.
