Join a dynamic finance team as a Tax Leader and oversee all tax-related activities across multiple international jurisdictions. This role combines strategic insight with operational oversight, ensuring robust governance, risk mitigation, and tax efficiency across the enterprise.
The Role:- Develop and implement global tax strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive shareholder value.
- Partner with executive finance leadership to ensure compliance with global tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of all tax filings across multiple jurisdictions (corporate tax, VAT/GST, FBT, transfer pricing, etc.).
- Guide transfer pricing strategy, intercompany transactions, and BEPS compliance.
- Deliver tax forecasting and planning, including thin capitalisation and tax effect accounting.
- Proven experience in corporate tax within a global business or professional services firm.
- Deep understanding of international tax legislation and cross-border tax strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or related discipline.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accreditation.
