We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated team, focusing on organisational development and leadership.
This role will provide support across the full function of organizational development, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, community engagement, and change management processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of generalist human resources experience
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion culture change programs
- Project management experience is highly advantageous
