Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Expert to support our complex business transformation project. In this instrumental role, you will design high-level 'to-be' processes and define organisational structures using our technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design the high-level 'to-be' processes and target operating model to facilitate effective solution design
  • Develop a business capability model that integrates functions across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance
  • Define the future people/organisational structure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Conduct an impact assessment to analyse the gaps between 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes and teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Transformation Expert in business transformation within a mid-sized organisation
  • Strong knowledge of process design and capability management plus organisational restructuring and change management
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies
  • Ability to work with senior executives, business units, and IT teams to drive transformation
