About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with senior leaders to co-create solutions that drive organisational success. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing and delivering transformative projects that cater to clients' strategic and operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prominent stakeholder engagement and solution design
  • Ownership of project workstreams, encompassing planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and execution
  • Client relationship development and enhancement
  • Support for onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the community
Key Requirements:
  • Established experience (3-5 years) in Organisation Design, Transformation, or Change Management, preferably within consulting firms or relevant industry roles in Australia
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation
  • Curiosity and commercial acumen
  • Dedication to enhancing organisational effectiveness
  • Capacity to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
