Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive organisational effectiveness and elevate domain models by co-creating high-performing teams and adaptive ways of working that embed customer-centricity, agility and continuous improvement at delivery.

The ideal candidate will own and evolve the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, including tooling, governance, and financial and risk processes to streamline cycles, ensure scalability and drive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include partnering with key delivery roles to shape and prioritise the delivery tooling backlog, translating strategic needs into actionable enhancements that accelerate flow and reduce friction.

The successful candidate will identify gaps and synthesise current state and envision future opportunities to move from complexity to coherence.

They will also influence organisational model strategy to ensure delivery processes, tooling and flow are optimised for speed, resilience and value.

Furthermore, they will ensure adherence to operating model standards implemented by domains to enable scalability within guardrails.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery and modern technology ways of working.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end processes considering varying stakeholder needs.
  • Confident communication and influencing skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
