About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administrative tasks from our Townsville office.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will utilize your exceptional organizational skills and excellent customer service skills to provide high-quality support to our support service team.
- Meet and greet clients and respond to phone and email inquiries.
- Perform general administration functions, including filing and records management.
- Provide administrative support to our local team.
- Manage petty cash, corporate cards, and perform reconciliations.
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a friendly personality. You should have a calm and well-organized approach to your work, accuracy, and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable).
You will also need to possess a Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist with obtaining these).
