The Contract Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless turf maintenance and site operations, aligning with client requirements and cricket calendars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent turf and grounds presentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Effectively supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant use of all tools and machinery across the site, adhering to operational procedures.
  • Proactively identify and implement site improvement opportunities to enhance overall efficiency.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in turf and/or horticultural maintenance and management. Proven experience in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results to clients is essential. A qualification in Sports Turf Management or Horticulture is required, along with recent supervisory or management experience and excellent conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You should also possess a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in IT, including scheduling and reporting software, is also essential.

A reliable and resourceful person with a solutions-focused mindset who prioritizes safety above all else is ideal for this role. Your highly developed organisational skills, coupled with a positive attitude, will be key to your success in this position.
