  • Schedule Maintenance: Schedule maintenance requirements in liaison with workshop personnel to ensure fleet availability meets service demands.
  • Manage Operational Challenges: Continuously evaluate and manage operational challenges, including staffing changes and unexpected service needs.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to minimize service disruptions.
  • Record Operational Occurrences: Record all operational occurrences to meet reporting obligations and enhance performance analysis.
  • Promote a Culture of Safety: Promote a culture of safety and proactive communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in scheduling and operations within a complex environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts and manage multiple priorities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company systems quickly.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the transport/logistics industry.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with planning software such as Coach Manager.
