Operations Coordinator
Kinetic is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our infield performance and elevate our service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our bus services, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bus and employee operational movements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Schedule maintenance requirements in liaison with workshop personnel.
- Ensure fleet availability meets service demands across operational depots.
- Continuously evaluate and manage operational challenges, including staffing changes and unexpected service needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to minimize service disruptions.
- Record all operational occurrences to meet reporting obligations and enhance performance analysis.
- Promote a culture of safety and proactive communication within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling and operations within a complex environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company systems quickly.
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening.
