Operations Coordinator

Kinetic is seeking a skilled Operations Controller to support our infield performance and elevate our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bus and employee operational movements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing service disruptions.
- Schedule maintenance requirements in liaison with workshop personnel to ensure fleet availability meets service demands.
- Continuously evaluate and manage operational challenges, including staffing changes and unexpected service needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and promote a culture of safety and proactive communication within the team.
- Record all operational occurrences to meet reporting obligations and enhance performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling and operations within a complex environment, with a strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts and manage multiple priorities, with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company systems quickly.
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening.
