Job Title: Maintenance Planner

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled maintenance planner to join our team at the Wilpinjong mine site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize mobile fleet reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment to high safety, productivity, and reliability standards using best practice techniques
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts
  • Prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Forecast costs for short to mid-term field work
  • Develop plans that support the maintenance function to meet business needs
  • Build relationships with internal departments and key suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, WH&S standards, and site policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
  • At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Planner (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, maintenance planning, and scheduling principles and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with safety systems and processes, including JSEAs, risk assessments, and permits
