We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role involves maintaining and improving maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize mobile fleet reliability.
The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade or engineering qualification, with 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Planner. They will also possess strong knowledge of SAP, maintenance planning, and scheduling principles and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and capable of working independently. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience with safety systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing maintenance best practice techniques to ensure equipment is maintained to high safety, productivity, and reliability standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts
- Prioritizing work and managing time effectively
- Forecasting costs for short to mid-term field work
- Working with the Maintenance Execution Team to develop plans that support the maintenance function to meet business needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal departments and key suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, WH&S standards, and site policies and procedures
- This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a residential lifestyle in the nearby Mudgee district
