About the role:
- The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling function is key to maximizing mobile fleet reliability.
- Implementing best practices for equipment maintenance to meet safety, productivity, and reliability standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts
- Prioritizing work and managing time effectively
- Forecasting costs for short-term field work
- Working with the Maintenance Execution Team to develop plans that support the maintenance function to meet business needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal departments and key suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and site policies and procedures
- Developing a high-performing planning and scheduling team

About you:
- Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
- 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Planner (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, and scheduling principles and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with safety systems and processes, including risk assessments, and permits
- Experience with Microsoft Project is desirable but not required
You will be goal-oriented and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
