Job Title: Business Analyst

About the Role

The role of the Business Analyst – HR Systems will be to work collaboratively with stakeholders within the business to ensure that business objectives are delivered.

This position will involve developing a deep understanding of the business requirements and translating them into actionable terms for technical and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping against system requirements to develop future processes
  • Understanding and articulating business problems and opportunities into viable solutions
  • Assisting project teams with the development of relevant recommendations
  • Overseeing UAT Testing

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis
  • Proven experience in process mapping using BPMN
  • The ability to develop well-structured requirements and functional specification documents
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of HR systems is advantageous
